Stanford University in the U.S. and the Elsevier database
released
the 7th edition of
the list of the
"World's Top 2% Scientists"
36 PIs (teaching and research faculty) from our university were selected
accounting for 41% of the total number of PIs in the university
Among them, 24 PIs were selected for both
the "Career-long Scientific Impact Ranking" and the "2023 Annual Scientific Impact Ranking"
Our university adheres to a strategy of strengthening the institution through talent cultivation
actively introducing and cultivating top-tier talent from both domestic and international sources
in line with the strategy for invigorating China through science and education, the workforce development strategy, and the innovation-driven development strategy
As of now
our university has assembled a faculty team of nearly 300 members
including
14 academicians from China and other developed countries, and 88 PIs

The list includes both a "Career-long Scientific Impact Ranking" and an "Annual Scientific Impact Ranking," focused on academic achievements in the current year.
