背景介绍：

何磊，复旦大学电子工程学士，美国加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校计算机科学博士。现任宁波东方理工大学（暂名）讲席教授。发表专著Advanced Model Order Reduction Techniques for VLSI Designs，会议及期刊论文300余篇，Google Scholar被引总数1万余次，研究涉及电子设计自动化（EDA）、计算机体系结构、现场可编程逻辑门阵列（FPGA）、人工智能与数字孪生在资源可持续性和医疗方面的应用。目前担任中国电子学会期刊Journal of Semiconductors副主编，IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I, and II等十余份国际学术期刊审稿人，曾担任IEEE Transactions on Design Automation of VLSI Circuits and Systems等4份国际学术期刊副主编，以及多个国际学术会议委员会成员。
