一、岗位数量

教学序列教师1名(讲师、教学副教授、或教学教授)。

二、岗位职责

1.负责本学院智能制造工程及相关专业的课程设计与改革,承担理论教学与实践教学任务,开展英语及双语教学;

2.负责智能制造工程专业建设与教学改革工作,主导相关教改项目,推动课程体系优化与教学方法创新,牵头建设一流课程、精品课程,协助完成专业评估、专业认证及相关申报工作;

3.协助智能制造教学团队的建设与管理,搭建专业化教师队伍,指导和培养青年教师,聚焦智能制造教学能力提升,打造特色教学团队;

4.牵头建设高水平智能制造教学实验室与实践教学平台,推动实验教学体系完善,对接行业前沿需求,提升学生实践创新能力;

5.指导学生参与智能制造工程相关专业竞赛与创新赛事,开展竞赛培训与项目指导,培养学生创新实践与综合竞技能力;

6.完成学校及学院交办的其他教学工作,推动智能制造工程专业的持续发展,促进机械工程、人工智能、自动化等相关学科交叉融合,助力产学研协同育人。

三、岗位要求

1.坚持立德树人,认同学校办学理念与定位,具有良好的师德师风、敬业精神和团队协作能力,恪守学术规范;

2.具有国内外知名高校机械工程、机械制造或相关专业博士学位;

3.具备国内外知名高校机械工程或智能制造相关专业教学经验,能够独立承担《机械原理与机械设计》《机械制造与计算机辅助制造》《先进制造基础》等核心课程的教学工作;具备扎实的机械工程基础理论,熟悉机械机构与传动设计、机械零部件设计、机械制造工艺、数控加工及CAD/CAM相关技术;教学经验丰富者优先;

4.在智能制造领域课程设计、教学资源开发方面有丰富经验,能结合行业发展和学科前沿优化教学内容,推动实践教学改革;

5.负责过相关教改项目、获得过教学成果奖,或在学科建设、专业认证工作中有相关经验者优先;

6.在智能制造领域产教融合、校企合作、实践教学平台建设等方面有经验,能推动教学与行业需求深度对接者优先;

7.具备良好的英语教学与沟通能力,能够胜任全英文教学。课程课件及课堂讲授原则上应使用英文,能够选用英文教材及相关教学资源。

8.有指导学生参与学科竞赛、创新赛事经验,具备赛事项目策划或培训指导能力者优先。

Teaching Faculty Position in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturingat Eastern Institute of Technology, Ningbo, China




I. Position Overview

Number of Positions: 1

Employment Type: Full-time Teaching Faculty(at the rank of Lecturer, Teaching Associate Professor, or Teaching Professor)




II. Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver courses in Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering and related programs, integrating lectures with hands-on practice, and conducting instruction in English;

2. Lead the development and reform of the Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering curriculum, spearheading pedagogical innovation projects, optimizing course structures, and championing the creation of first-class and high-quality courses in the field. Provide support for program accreditation, professional certification, and related application processes;

3. Contribute to the building and management of the Intelligent Manufacturing teaching team, fostering a professional faculty cohort, mentoring early-career instructors, and enhancing the team's collective teaching capabilities in the field of Intelligent Manufacturing;

4. Spearhead the establishment of state-of-the-art teaching laboratories and practice platforms in Intelligent Manufacturing, advancing the experimental teaching framework to meet evolving industry demands and strengthen students' practical and innovative competencies;

5. Mentor and guide students in participating in professional competitions and innovation events related to Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, delivering targeted training and project-based support to enhance students' hands-on skills and competitive readiness;

6. Fulfill other teaching responsibilities as assigned by the University and the School, contribute to the sustained advancement of the Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering program, promote interdisciplinary integration across Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and related fields, and support industry-academia-research collaborative education initiatives.




III. Qualifications

1. Demonstrate a strong commitment to educational excellence, identify with the University's mission and vision, and exhibit professional ethics, collegiality, and dedication to collaborative work. Adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity;

2. Hold a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related field from a recognized university;

3. Possess teaching experience in Mechanical Engineering, Intelligent Manufacturing, or related disciplines at a recognized domestic or international university. Be capable of independently teaching core courses such as Theory and Design of Mechanisms and Machines, Mechanical Manufacturing and Computer-Aided Manufacturing, and Fundamentals of Advanced Manufacturing; have a solid foundation in mechanical engineering theory, with expertise in mechanism and transmission design, mechanical component design, manufacturing processes, CNC machining, and CAD/CAM technologies. Candidates with extensive teaching experience are preferred;

4. Demonstrate substantial experience in curriculum design and the development of teaching resources in the field of Intelligent Manufacturing, with the ability to integrate industry trends and disciplinary frontiers into course content and to lead practical teaching reforms;

5. Experience leading pedagogical innovation projects, receiving teaching achievement awards, or participating in program development and professional accreditation is preferred;

6. Experience in industry-academia integration, university-industry collaboration, or the development of practical teaching platforms in the Intelligent Manufacturing domain, with the ability to align teaching with industry needs, is preferred;

7. Possess excellent English teaching and communication skills, with the capability to deliver instruction entirely in English. Course materials and classroom instruction should be delivered primarily in English, and candidates should be able to select and utilize English-language textbooks and instructional resources;

8. Experience mentoring students in disciplinary competitions or innovation events, with demonstrated ability in project planning and student training, is preferred.
