The Ningbo Institute of Low Altitude Economy was jointly established by EIT and the Yinzhou District People's Government, and the Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau. Leveraging Yinzhou District's strengths in economy, industry, location, and policy, as well as EIT's resources in scientific research, talent cultivation, international cooperation, technology transfer, and industrial incubation, the Institute will focus on cutting-edge technologies in the low-altitude economy sector.

The Ningbo Disruptive Technology Innovation Center is jointly established by EIT, the Jingjinji National Center of Technology Innovation, the Haishu District People’s Government, and Guangzhou Yuexiu Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. Based on national strategic needs and aligned with Ningbo's industrial development direction, the Center focuses on future industries and frontier technology fields, exploring, incubating, and nurturing original technologies with disruptive potential.

The Institute is dedicated to advancing both fundamental research and industrial technology breakthroughs in the field of digital twins. It strives to achieve a series of landmark and pioneering major original research achievements, aiming to establish a high-impact innovation platform with renowned influence both domestically and internationally.
